Patch 13 Build 842 - 2006/03/27

Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed a Transformer issue where by editing Transformer, it would modify the data library's transformer's values as well.

New Functionality:
1. Instead of automatically swapping the transformer's Vmin & Vmax tap settings if the user incorrectly swapped them around, there will now be a user displayed message.

Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed a Transformer tap issue where if the Transformer's tap settings were corrupted by using the change tool to set the transformer tapping.

New Functionality:
1. By using the Source Defaults in options, the user now has the option to decide how the Source Impedance/Fault levels will be affected by changing the system voltage.

1. Introduced Margins on printing.

Patch 4 Build XXX - Not released

1. Fixed a bug where if you delete some protection devices from the Data Library, you will not be able to save the changes.
2. Automatically saves the file to the current version if project is read in from a previous version.
3. Fixed a bug where the protection device is not scrolled into view on the 'Find' functionality.
4. Fixed a bug where placing an empty protection device will cause the file to incorrectly read in protection device settings again.
5. Included a Security fix to disable the display of excel on the ASP server model.

1. Fixed the sorting on the user-defined protection curve. It is now based on time from high to low.
2. Fixed a colour display issue on the Protection device.
3. Fixed Display attributes for some devices not displaying the correct attributes on editing.
4. Removed Protection Name sorting in the DataLibrary Editor.
5. Added List position functionality on the Protection Devices.
6. Fixed a bug where the file gets saved to the last accessed folder instead of its own folder.
