PowerOffice Patch 1 - build 482 (21-04-2010)

This patch is an update of a MicroStation V8 Macro which is faulty in build 482.

The Macro is named "LoadPowerOfficeVBA.ba" and normally located in:
"C:\Program Files\Inspired Interfaces\PowerOffice\MacrosV8"

The new Macro is dated 20 April 2010 and is nearly 2kB in size and must replace the older file.
