MicroStation Macro issues corrected for MicroStation V8 and V8XM: 
1. Transformers were sometimes incorrectly coded or not coded at all - corrected.
2. Shared poles incorrectly reported or placed (only for some versions of MicroStation) - corrected.
3. Number of stays and poles incorrectly reported when CAD Codes were placed multiple times 
   - corrected.
