ReticMaster stores date and time values in year 2000 compatible types. The integral part of the date type value is the number of days that have passed since 12/30/1899. The fractional part of the date type value is the fraction of a 24 hour day that has elapsed.

Year values are stored in four digit format (e.g. 2003).

The year 2000 is a leap year.

All dates prior to and after the year 2000 will be correctly calculated.

All data files adhere to the year 2000 compatibility criteria.
